Well, the reason Dark Hole is being removed is due to cards such as "Starlight Road", but to take Heavy out is absurd. I think the format after this will put Heavy back at 1, but I doubt MST will go back to 1, since MST isn't really that broken. Substitoad is a great ban, however. Subbing Treeborn for Swap Frog got really annoying.
