Golemn Dragon
This monster cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon. Once per turn, you can remove from play 1 EARTH Dragon-type monster from your Graveyard to increase this cards's ATK by 1000 until the End Phase.

Snow Wolf
You can tribute this card to Special Summon 1 Level 5 Dragon-type monster from your Hand.

Rolling Thunder
While this card is face-up on the field, it is also treated as a Thunder-type. You can remove this card from play to add 1 Level 7 or higher Dragon-type monster from your Graveyard to your Hand.

Flying Mecha
While this card is face-up on the field, it is also treated as a Machine-type. Once per turn, you can pay 500 Life Points to destroy 1 face-down Spell or Trap card.

Helios
While this card is face-up on the field, it is also treated as a Fairy-type. Once, while this card is face-up on the field, you can Special Summon 1 "Snow Wolf, the Dragon Wisher" from your Hand or Graveyard.

Hydra
While this card is face-up on the field, it is also treated as a Aqua-type. When your opponent attacks a face-down monster you control, you can Special Summon 1 WATER Tuner-type monster from your Hand.

Ultimo
While this card is face-up on the field, it is also treated as a Rock-type. This card's battle position cannot be changed by card effects.

SS - Advanced Ember
This card can only be activated while you control a Level 7 or higher Dragon-type monster. Remove 6 Speed Counters and destroy 1 monster on your side of the field. You opponent takes damage equal to half that monster's ATK.

Advanced Ember
This card can only be activated while you control a Level 7 or higher Dragon-type monster. Destroy 1 monster on your side of the field. You opponent takes damage equal to half that monster's ATK.

Ice Draco
While this card is face-up on the field, it is also treated as a Sea Serpent-type. You can pay a multiple of Life Points to increase the Level of this card by the amount paid for every 500 Life Points you paid (3 max).

Their effects of being treated as different types were aimed to be in effect at all times, not just while face up on the field D: MOAR CARDZ

I would make Typhoon Dragon more powerful. There needs to be a reason why you would want to summon it, over Trishula, considering it requires a specific type of tuner. Take out having to pay 1500 LP is my suggestion, maybe make it so that no Spell/Trap cards can be chained to its summon.

Don't forget, Trushula also needs a specific Tuner. And the reason to summon it would be to remove from play annoying Spell cards.

No, its very general... any tuner, any non-tuners.... and it removes a total of 3 cards from play (1 on field, including a S/T, 1 in grave, and a random one from hand.)

I like them, I just don't like some borders some of the cards have.

I'm the type of person who thinks 1 card can ruin an entire set

I'm not sure how a few black lines can completely ruin the entire set...

Upon further inspection it's 6 cards with that error, and how do they ruin a set? aestheticly
